Rowans Rugs

Any rug can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. In order to return the rug we must be notified within 7 days of receipt, the rug must be in an unused condition. The return of the rug is your responsibility and you must pay all costs. We recommend the rug is returned using a recorded or tractable service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Please mark the rug clearly with your full name and address so we can easily track your return. A refund will be given upon the return of the rug. Failure to comply with our terms of return will result in no refund being given and the rug will be returned to sender.
